Club General Meetings are currently held on an ad hoc basis as advised by the committee from time to time.

The AGM is held at the Veteran Car Club of Queensland (VCCQ) clubroom located at 1376 Old Cleveland Road Carindale after the end of the financial year at a date as set by the Management Committee.

A Noggin and Natter evening is held at the VCCQ clubrooms at 1376 Old Cleveland Road Carindale on the 1st Wednesday of each month at 6 pm unless notified otherwise.

Club Monthly Runs: whenever possible club runs will be scheduled for the second Sunday of the month. Members are encouraged to plan or help stage a run to assist the Events Director fill our schedule.

Pre War Runs: These annual runs are scheduled during the cooler winter months each year and usually held over 2 to 4 days (including a weekend), all as planned by one our volunteer pre war car owners.
